Lawrence Autism Center
Lawrence Autism Center (LAC) opened in 2015 as a primary site for Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI). The facility includes 3 classrooms where children from the earliest diagnosis – 6 years old receive 1 on 1 sessions and participate in group activities and daily routines that simulate preparation for going to school. A clinician oversees each of the EIBI classrooms. In 2017 the adolescent wing was completed to allow children and young adults 13-20 years old to receive focused and comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. LAC includes a full practice kitchen, washer and dryer, a large recreational room, and a fenced in playground to help enhance learning opportunities.
